Our Process
CLIENT DISCOVERY
Character Farms meets with you for a free Q and A consultation regarding the goals and expectations of what you are wanting to accomplish. Many times blueprints will be provided or a walk thru of the actual space will take place so we learn how the given space can be best utilized. Budget expectations are discussed as well as a timeline for seeing creative concepts will be set.
CREATIVE EXPLORATION
Character Farms explores custom themed designs and illustration concepts that work best and enhance the selected areas of your working environment. Tight pencil renderings (sketches) will be presented at no fee. Once the themed elements are agreed upon, a formal estimate/proposal is created that includes cost for every element that you are most interested in.
FINAL PRODUCTION
Once the estimate/proposal is agreed upon, Character Farms begins the final production of the approved elements. This includes final illustration, digital production, sculpting/fabricating (any structurally themed elements) as well as printing. Character Farms will keep the client updated and even send images of each stage throughout the production process.
INSTALLATION
Character Farms will set a date with you to install all themed elements. After everything is installed, we do a walk through with you for final approval.
